Return & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to paid consultation services offered by Shinemyglow. Free website content is not subject to returns or refunds.
2. Your Rights Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
As a New Zealand consumer, you have statutory rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA). Services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill, be fit for any particular purpose made known, and be completed within a reasonable time. These rights cannot be excluded for consumer transactions.
If a service fails to meet a guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy including refund, re-performance, or compensation. Contact us to discuss your situation.
3. Cancellation Before Delivery
You may cancel a paid consultation within 14 days of purchase if the service has not yet been substantially delivered. "Substantially delivered" means a session has taken place or personalised materials have been provided.

5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
- Services fully delivered or substantially consumed
- Customised packages after the first consultation session
- Third-party products purchased from external retailers
7. Fair Trading
We comply with the Fair Trading Act 1986. Pricing is disclosed before purchase. We do not use misleading representations about service outcomes.
8. Disputes
If we cannot resolve a dispute, you may contact Consumer Protection (consumerprotection.govt.nz) or the Disputes Tribunal for claims within its monetary limits.
